Kelly Brändli, Founder and Coach

My personal experience as a mother and in a neurodiverse partnership allows me to truly understand the challenges families face. I’ve lived the frustration of endless conflicts, the guilt of feeling like I’m falling short, and the constant search for solutions. But I also know this: change is possible.

Although I don’t have ADHD myself, it’s been a constant thread in my life. Supporting my son, partner and his son through their diagnoses has given me a front-row seat to the highs and lows ADHD brings to family dynamics. It’s shaped my perspective on connection, communication, and understanding—and it’s fueled my passion for helping families like yours.

Over the past decade, I’ve guided clients as a career coach and later as a relationship coach, helping individuals and couples navigate life’s complexities. My personal experiences with ADHD inspired me to specialize in ADHD and family dynamics. I’ve seen how understanding and practical strategies can transform these challenges into opportunities for connection and growth.

Since founding Sinaps in 2024, my mission has been to help parents, adults, couples and families like yours navigate ADHD with compassion and confidence, creating balance and connection at home.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I now live in the beautiful Zürioberland and enjoy spending time in nature together with my family and dog Ice.

Abigail Jankowitz, Coach

Abigail brings a grounded, practical and relational approach to her work with adults and families navigating ADHD and nervous system challenges.

Her background spans coaching, hospitality and childcare, including work as a full time au pair and nanny. This experience has shaped a strong attunement to children, family dynamics and the realities of regulation in everyday life, allowing her to create safety and trust with families who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.

Abigail previously founded Align Coaching, a Swiss based practice supporting adults around money, mindset and self regulation. She studied at EHL in Switzerland and completed the ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD CCSP) certification, with her work grounded in evidence based, systems focused practice.

As someone with ADHD herself, Abigail brings a personal understanding of the internal challenges that often accompany neurodivergence. This lived experience informs her work with empathy and clarity, while remaining firmly rooted in structure, boundaries and science led practice.

Originally from South Africa and now based in Switzerland, Abigail supports individuals and families to move away from self blame and towards practical, compassionate systems that foster regulation, connection and sustainable change.
