Sinaps offers ADHD Coaching and Education for Parents, Adults, Couples and Teens.

Sessions are held conveniently online via Zoom for clients within and outside of Switzerland, you also have the option to meet in person at my office in Rüti, ZH (30 minutes from Zürich HB via direct train S5 or S15)

For full or half-day in person workskshops, we can also meet in the comfort of your own home.
