You already understand quite a lot about ADHD. The problem is knowing what to do when it shows up in your house.
ADHD at Home™
Practical help for the ADHD situations happening in your house every day.
- 6 weeks of practical help
- Live with Kelly, Mondays 18:00 CET
- Starts 2 November
- Recordings if you can't attend
For the first round, the program will be taught live, with the opportunity to ask Kelly your questions on the calls.

From “I understand why this is happening.”
To “I know what to do when it happens.”
Knowing why it happens is not the same as knowing what to do about it.
You may already know about executive function, emotional regulation, motivation, dopamine and why ADHD behaviour can look the way it does. But none of that necessarily tells you what to do when:

Your child is still not dressed and you should have left the house ten minutes ago.
Homework has taken over the entire evening. Your child is in tears and now you and your husband are fighting with each other.
You have reminded them six times and nothing has happened.
Turning off a screen leads to a meltdown that derails the entire afternoon.
It takes two hours to get your child into bed, only for them to end up in yours an hour later.
One parent thinks the other is too strict. The other thinks they are too lenient.
The consequence that worked yesterday does absolutely nothing today.
This is the gap ADHD at Home™ was built to fill.
You told us what is hardest at home. So we built the program around it.

For the past two years, I had been teaching a program called ADHD Essentials.
When I opened the waitlist again this year, something was different. Hardly anyone joined.
Instead of trying to figure out why, I stopped and asked a very simple question:
“What is the one ADHD situation in your home where you understand why it is happening, but still don't know what to do about it?”
Hundreds of responses came back.
The answers were remarkably similar. Families were not asking for more information about ADHD. They were asking for help with what was happening in their homes every day.
So I built a completely new program for families who understand ADHD, have tried what they know to try, and are still struggling with everyday life at home.
Families are learning more about ADHD than ever before. But they are still being left to figure out everyday life on their own.
A diagnosis can explain why things have been so difficult, but it does not necessarily tell you what to do at 7:15 tomorrow morning.
ChatGPT can explain how ADHD medication works. It cannot know that, in some families, giving it before a child gets out of bed can completely change how the morning goes.
That is the real gap.
ADHD at Home™ covers the practical basics Kelly wishes every family was given from the beginning.
Not
- Another education program on dopamine.
- Another explanation of executive function.
Instead
Practical guidance for what happens at home, every day.
The goal is not a house where nothing ever goes wrong.
Change may look like:
Fewer arguments over the same things.
Mornings that run more smoothly.
Less reminding, chasing and repeating yourself.
Homework no longer taking over the whole evening.
Clearer boundaries around screens.
Knowing what to do when your child becomes overwhelmed.
Parents responding more consistently.
More moments that go well.

And when things do go wrong, getting back on track faster.
Six weeks. Six areas of everyday family life.

Week 4 · Mon 23 Nov
Meltdowns, big feelings and regulation

- When you are both trying to help but end up fighting with each other.
Create a clearer ADHD at Home™ family approach you can both use.

Built from professional expertise and lived family experience.
Kelly's background includes paediatric nursing, ADHD and relationship coaching and years of working with families impacted by ADHD.
ADHD is also part of her own family life. Kelly does not have ADHD herself, but several members of her family do. She built Sinaps because she could not find the kind of practical, whole-family support her own family needed.
What can change when a family learns a different way?
Meltdowns are no longer a daily occurrence in our home.
My 11 year old son has always struggled with the morning routine, homework, chores, and getting to bed which often led to meltdowns. Since working with Kelly, we've been able to help him learn better ways to cope and it's been 2 months now since he's had a major meltdown. I never thought he'd get there but with the right guidance we've learned a new way to relate as a family. We really have found peace despite ADHD. Thank you so much!
We are finally moving in the right direction.
This coaching has been a true life changer for our family. It is very practical and action-focused, while also providing solid knowledge about ADHD/ADD and everyday strategies for both family life and individual wellbeing. Kelly always puts the needs of the whole family and each individual at the centre of her work. After trying so many things and feeling completely at a loss, we are finally moving in the right direction. Highly recommended.
Our family dynamic has changed in such a positive way.
Our family dynamic has changed in such a positive way since working together with Kelly. After every single call with Kelly, we come away with insights and practical steps! We have also learned so much about the children's behaviour and their ADHD brains.
I know how to handle the difficult moments now.
Kelly gives great advice and tools to help. The biggest change after working with Kelly is how I approach my daughter now. I know how to handle the situations when she is having an outburst or isn't doing a task I have asked her to do. We started having more quality time together.
Before you join
When are the live sessions?
Mondays at 18:00 CET, for six weeks, starting Monday 2 November. Each week has one live teaching session with the opportunity to ask Kelly your questions.
What if I can't make it live?
Recordings are available if you cannot attend live, so you can catch up and still bring your questions to the next call.
Is this another program explaining what ADHD is?
No. ADHD at Home™ is built for families who already understand ADHD. Week 1 gives you just enough understanding to change what you do next. The rest is practical: routines, homework, meltdowns, boundaries and getting on the same page as parents.
Should I choose ADHD at Home™ or the ADHD Family Reset™?
ADHD at Home™ (6 weeks) helps you handle everyday ADHD life better. The Family Reset (5 months) is for families where the challenges run deeper and the whole family system needs attention. Compare the programs or book a call.
Does this replace therapy or medical treatment?
No. ADHD at Home™ is not designed to replace medical treatment, psychotherapy or intensive family support.
Can I join from outside Switzerland?
Yes. The program is delivered online, so families can join from anywhere.
Built for families everywhere
Online support that gives families access to the right expertise, regardless of location.

The first live round starts Monday 2 November
