A new cohort begins every month. When you enroll today you get immediate access to the program materials so you can start straight away and your first live training call will then take place at the beginning of the coming month.

No a formal diagnosis is not required. The ADHD Reset is designed for families and adults who recognise that ADHD is affecting their lives, whether or not there is an official diagnosis in place. If the challenges feel real, the support is here for you.

The minimum commitment is the monthly training call, 60 minutes in the first week of every month. On top of that, weekly live coaching calls are available every week for you to attend as your schedule allows. Most participants find the more they show up, the faster the results but the program is designed to fit into real family life, not add to the overwhelm.

All sessions take place online via Zoom so wherever you are in the world, you can fully participate without adding to an already busy schedule.

We intentionally keep cohorts small so that every participant receives a genuinely personalised experience. This is not a program where you get lost in the crowd your progress, your challenges and your wins are known and supported.

You can join as an individual adult, as a couple, or as co-parents, the price covers everyone in your family unit. Children and teens under 18 are supported indirectly through the work you do as their parent or co-parent. If you feel your child or teen would benefit from additional direct support, we can discuss private 1-1 coaching alongside the program.

Both have their place but there are important differences. Therapists often work with CBT-based approaches, which focus on insight and understanding through talk therapy. This can be valuable, but it isn't always practical, and it doesn't always translate into the day-to-day changes families need. Most ADHD coaches, on the other hand, teach strategies but without a clear framework, strategies alone rarely create lasting change. The ADHD Reset bridges both worlds. It goes beyond insight and beyond strategies, giving your family a complete, structured framework that builds month by month so real change doesn't just happen in the session, it happens in your life."
