Parenting a child with ADHD is hard—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. The Empowered Parents Program gives you the tools, support, and strategies to stop the daily battles, help your child succeed, and bring calm and connection back to your home.   • Yes! The Empowered Parent Program is designed to help you create more peace and happiness in your home, regardless of where you are on your journey. Whether your child has had a diagnosis for years, you’re currently exploring the possibility, or you’re just starting to notice the signs, this program will provide you with tools and strategies to support your family.

  • Through coaching sessions, live Q&A, and access to a private community, you’ll receive the guidance and encouragement you need to implement the tools and strategies from the program.

    For urgent issues, I will offer a limited number of 15-minute 1:1 Laser Coaching calls, providing quick, focused support when you need it most. Additionally, you have the option to book a private coaching session with me at an exclusive rate of 250 CHF.

  • Seeing results from the program is 80% implementation and 20% inspiration. In addition to the weekly coaching calls, you can expect to spend 30-60 mins. per week on the exercises.

  • The program is currently offered in English but is designed to be accessible and easy to understand for non-native speakers. As I am fluent in German and regularly coach in both languages, I’m happy to provide additional tools, translations, and support to ensure you get the most out of the program.

  • The program is designed for parents of children of all ages. The content focuses on essential ADHD knowledge and strategies that can be applied within your family, including younger children and even adults.

  • Everyone is welcome to join the program, including fathers, grandparents, and guardians, teachers and other caregivers.

  • We will touch on partner or co-parenting issues in this program, but for a deeper dive into family dynamics, adult ADHD, and advanced communication strategies, I offer a follow-on program called Thriving Families. This builds on the foundation of the Empowered Parent Program and provides tools specifically designed to strengthen relationships and improve family harmony.

  • You will have access to the recorded video modules for 12 months to go back and review as many times as you like.

  • Each of the Live sessions will be recorded and available in the Learning platform within 24 hours to watch if you can’t attend live.

  • This 4-week program is designed to give you a strong foundation for parenting a child with ADHD without the overwhelm.

    You’ll learn practical tools and insights to help you feel more confident in your parenting, better understand your child’s needs, and handle the daily challenges with more clarity and calm.
