The gap

Knowing why it happens is not the same as knowing what to do about it.

The Starter Kit gives you the regulation-first foundation. ADHD at Home™ helps you apply it to the moments that wear your family down:

The morning rush ends in shouting, and everyone leaves the house on edge.
Homework has taken over the whole evening, and now you and your partner are arguing.
You've asked six times, nothing has happened, and now you're the one who lost it.
One screen gets turned off and the meltdown derails the whole afternoon for everyone.
One of you thinks the other is too strict. The other thinks you are too lenient.

What makes ADHD at Home™ different

Nobody in your family needs to be fixed

Most ADHD programs pick one person to change. ADHD at Home™ works with the whole family at once, so everyone learns how to regulate together. When your family understands each other, in their roles, their reactions and their tools, everything changes.

One family, not one fix

Everyone has a role, a reaction and a battery that runs low. In the live sessions Kelly works with the whole household, not just the person who gets the most attention.

Regulation is a team effort

Calm does not come from one person trying harder. Together you build shared language and tools so every person can help the family settle, not just one.

Understood, not corrected

Nobody is the problem. When each person is understood, blame drops and the family dynamic resets, one everyday moment at a time.

What you'll do

Six weeks. Six areas of everyday family life.

Learn it live. Try it at home. Come back next week with questions.

WEEK 1 · MON 2 NOV
Understand what is really getting in the way
Why everyday tasks get so hard with ADHD, and enough understanding to change what you do next.
WEEK 2 · MON 9 NOV
Make mornings, evenings and transitions easier
Getting dressed, getting out the door, getting off screens and into bed, with routines that mean less reminding and chasing.
WEEK 3 · MON 16 NOV
Homework, chores and getting things done
Why children can know exactly what to do and still not start, and simple systems that make follow-through easier.
WEEK 4 · MON 23 NOV
Meltdowns, big feelings and regulation
What to do when your child is already overwhelmed, how to spot escalation earlier, and how to regulate yourself first.
WEEK 5 · MON 30 NOV
Boundaries, screens and consequences
Why many traditional consequences fail with ADHD, and how to hold boundaries without a power struggle.
WEEK 6 · MON 7 DEC
Get on the same page as parents
When you are both trying to help but end up fighting each other, build one clear approach you can both use.

Kelly Brändli

Founder of Sinaps · Pediatric nurse, MBA, certified ADHD and relationship coach

Kelly started her coaching practice in 2019 and founded Sinaps in 2024 to help families impacted by ADHD rebuild connection and find calm together.

She built ADHD at Home™ around the situations hundreds of parents told her are hardest: mornings, homework, screens, meltdowns and parents who disagree.

What can change when a family learns a different way

“Kelly gives great advice and tools to help. The biggest change after working with Kelly is how I approach my daughter now. I know how to handle the situations when she is having an outburst or isn’t doing a task, I have asked her to do. We started having more quality time together.”
Alex
Adult ADHD and teen with ADHD
“I think that Kelly's understanding of ADHD, combined with her process-oriented approach, has been exactly what my husband and I have needed to surface and move beyond past resentments. It’s also been hugely beneficial in educating both of us; most significantly, by positively impacting the relationship between the two of us, and between my husband and my son.”
Emily
Adult ADHD and child with ADHD
“Since working with Kelly, the most valuable change for our family has been developing a better understanding of neurodiversity and better tools for my husband and me. We both have more patience now and don’t lose it as often as we used to. Our family dynamics have definitely improved. Kelly was also incredibly flexible, my husband and I have crazy, opposing schedules, and she always worked around them.”
Eileen, Switzerland
Mom of neurodivergent child
“Our family dynamic has changed in such a positive way since working together with Kelly. After every single call with Kelly, we come away with insights and practical steps! We have also learned so much about the children’s behaviour and their ADHD brains.”

Before you join

When are the live sessions?
Mondays at 18:00 CET for six weeks, starting Monday 2 November. Each week has one live teaching session where you can ask Kelly your questions.
What if I can't make it live?
Recordings are available, so you can catch up and still bring your questions to the next call.
Is this another program explaining what ADHD is?
No. It is built for families who already understand ADHD. Week 1 gives you just enough understanding to change what you do next. The rest is practical: routines, homework, meltdowns, boundaries and getting on the same page as parents.
Can I join from outside Switzerland?
Yes. The program is delivered online, so families can join from anywhere.
Does this replace therapy or medical treatment?
No. ADHD at Home™ is not designed to replace medical treatment, psychotherapy or intensive family support. It works alongside whatever support your family already has.
The first live round starts Monday 2 November

Go from "I understand why" to "I know what to do."
